What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Physical Therapist, you'll be a true clinical anchor for our team. You'll manage a diverse caseload with a focus on orthopedic, pelvic health, and chronic pain conditions - working closely with patients who often come to us feeling frustrated or stuck - and help guide them to real, lasting progress. Beyond patient care, you'll help shape how we practice: mentoring newer clinicians, contributing ideas, and setting the standard for the compassionate, high-quality care we're known for.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Evaluating patients and building individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, pelvic health, and chronic pain conditions
• Delivering hands-on, evidence-based care that genuinely moves the needle for your patients
• Keeping thorough, timely documentation that supports great continuity of care
• Mentoring junior therapists and PT aides, and being a resource for the broader clinical team
• Collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure every patient receives seamless, coordinated care
• Contributing ideas to how we serve our community and continue growing our programs

What We're Looking For

We're not just checking boxes - we want someone who is curious, caring, and genuinely excited about being part of a growing, multi-specialty practice.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active California Physical Therapy license in good standing
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient orthopedic or specialty setting
• Strong manual therapy skills and a love of clinical problem-solving
• Experience in pelvic health, pediatrics, or chronic pain is a real plus
• A natural communicator - with patients, families, and teammates
• Someone who wants to grow professionally, while keeping the community at heart.

• Salary: $102,000 - $135,000 per year, based on your experience
